Terrible experience with All My Sons. I was quoted 3 hours with 4 workers. I ended up being charged a thousand dollars to have 4 people move things from upstairs to my basement, and they didn't even get it all moved. I also got charged for materials not used. After contacting the office they were very rude and would not make any attempt at rectifying the situation. Definitely would not recommend unless you want to pay outrageous pricing and have your items broken. Think twice before booking.
My wife and I contacted All My Sons to help us move our "big furniture " into our new home. Three men met us at the 1st location which was a storage building at 9:00am and the first thing I noticed was a strong odor of Marijuana. My first thought was do they not do random drug test on these guys? My 71 year old Father-In-Law and I brought all the heavy big furniture from the 3rd floor down to a staging area where the 3 guys could load the truck. After not moving at their quoted “fast professional pace”, they charged me double the estimate. I understand some flexibility with the estimate but double is ridiculous. After talking with Steven on the phone, they were unwilling to budge an inch. I’m glad I called though as the guys stopped for a half hour lunch that they weren’t going to inform me of if I hadn’t asked after the 25 minute drive turned into an hour. Quoted my mother just over $500 to move to Simpsonville from Ware Shoals... but once they arrived in Simpsonville, the bill was over $1000. The drivers/movers themselves were friendly and efficient, but the phone representatives were completely unethical.

Rip off. The biggest scam. I urge you to never use them. The workers are too busy concerned about their phones than working. Off loading my items smoking cigarettes. Customer care is rude too, so don’t even bother. Beware! They will quote you one price, then charge you 2x the price.

I will never use their services again because of the poor customer service and rudeness received from Chris. It took them 13 days to issue a credit to my account due to an overcharge. The credit was not processed on the day it was requested. It took them 3 times to process it. I asked Chris to please have the manager/owner to contact me to discuss and to let them know how Chris spoke to me. Chris told me that he would not pass the message to the manager/owner...very rude!
