I’m not one to ever post reviews but I am extremely disappointed in this company. I felt blindsided and like they took advantage of the fact that I am woman who needed help. I was given a quote of $109/hr for booking a month in advance. The morning before my move they called and tried to change it to another day because it was a 3rd floor move. I was told that I would get a phone call 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to their arrival, I didn’t get a call until they had arrived at my house in Lyman, I told them I was told that I would get the arrival time and one of the guys said that they weren’t told to call ahead........I had 3 guys moving my furniture on December 4, 2020 and I’ve never had any complaints until this time.......these guys did great until around lunchtime and then they started to... read more
Initially arranged for Wednesday move, they changed to Thursday first thing. Then changed from 7:30am to 9, then 11, then 2....then I had to cancel due to my time! If my time isn’t important to them, maybe my stuff wouldn’t be either.
How about hiring people's that take their job seriously.
