The office was in touch all the way to make sure everything went OK. I can very much recommend this moving company. THANK YOU!!!
Terrible experience. Didn’t have enough materials when they showed up to package everything. They broke my bed frame even after I offered to show them how to reassemble. Scratched hardwood floors, damaged other furniture by dragging it on the ground, scratched furniture and damaged walls. I’ve submitted claims as I was instructed to do and it’s been a joke getting in touch with someone.
This moving company is ridiculously overpriced!!! The estimate they gave me wasn’t even close to what I payed. All the boxes were already packed and we had a lot less furniture than expected when the estimate was made. When it comes to unload the truck (because before that is going to happen, you have to pay) all of a sudden the work pace can be incredibly fast. Never again !!!!! Save your money and look for a different moving company
