I would give them a zero but it was no an option. My move was in Virginia. The changed the terms of my contract after having possession of my belongings and threatened to hold it. I paid for three movers; three showed up but one claimed to only be the driver. As a result, I had a friend and myself do the work. Absolute worst moving experience that we've ever had. Upon initial scheduling we were told that we would be provided with five workers being we had a large two story home. One of those workers we were told would be a supervisor. On the day we moved, they were late arriving, only three men were sent (no supervisor) no moving straps for the men that they did send. My husband had to help load the truck. Their quoted three hour job would have taken all day if he didn't jump in and help. Which left us wondering why we bothered to... read more

UPDATE - All My Sons Movers requires you to sign a sworn statement that you will not make any derogatory remarks about the company or the experience before they will pay for a claim. No honest reviews permitted.

Worst moving company ever! All My Sons totally disappointed us during our recent move. They sent over two young kids, and one sketchy looking dude to come move our stuff. No problem, but they totally had no regard for our belongings. They broke a tile in our new home, broke two of our wooden stairs, and also barely screwed back one of our beds together. I was moving from Washington DC back to Gainesville Florida. I believe the order was subcontracted with All My Sons in Maryland. Long story short, it was a terrible move. Many of our items were damaged, but worse, five pieces of art were lost. The company did nothing about this. I filed a claim but never heard back. And the moving insurance co. they recommend are awful. Do not use them.

i noticed after 5 days of moving that my 10gallon water jug which had about 5 years of my loose change inside of it was missing from my home. i saw the movers place it inside their truck the day of the move. With everything hectic that was happening on the day of the move that jug left my mind. This morning i just happened to remember it, and went CRAZY looking for it thru out the entire house. Zero stars. Literally the worst moving experience of my life. Cancelled on me day of my move - left my stuff practically on the street because they were late and wanted me to pay $200 / night for storage for their mistake. What an unbelievable racket. Jason in South florida is beyond rude and completely unhelpful - never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. I am still at a loss. And stranded.
