DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! iPhone disappeared (in the first hour of my move) from the one room being packed and loaded, with no one but the moving crew entering and exiting that space. Had to request new crew to finish my move and was told they would arrive early afternoon and would definitely finish my move the same day. $800 phone magically went missing while moving. (Worth more than our move was). Both men admitted to seeing it. Was filed with police and everything. Company offered absolutely 0 in compensation after filing an insurance claim. CEO/President was not able to be reached and Ashley, who we were told is director of complaints department, was also unreachable. We were told they "looked into it". Truly abysmal customer service. This company is a rip off i would never ever move with them the manager codey did not explain to me all the charges i would get with them they charge a 89.00 surcharge then the 149.99 a hour moving fee and they also take a 250.00 deposit as well then once they are done they hold your things on the truck until you pay i would never pay 500.00 for a 2/2 bedroom apartment its crazy i hope no one moves with them i will also go to bbb and complain on them as well because this is a bad company even the employees said it i was in a... read more

I spoke with Tim the day before my move to request a quote for a move the next day which was Saturday 1/6/2018. I was told the hourly rate would be $139.00 and the fuel charge would be waived. I explained my items were in a 10x30 storage unit already packed and wrapped. It was not a full to the top unit and there was a good 10 feet of empty space (or more). Tim, Mitch and Kyla are the worst! So shady and miserable. They tell you the price is $90 per hour for 2 guys and a truck. Then AFTER they have all your belongings on the truck, right before they unload, they hit you with ACTUAL pricing. The actual pricing is $99 per hour plus $115.35 fuel charge, plus a minimum of $75 materials charge. It doesn't matter if you don't need materials. I rarely do reviews, but I have to on this. I had hired them August of 2016 to move out of my place in Lauderdale Lakes. Everything was going fine till it came to 2 lamps that I inherited from my grandmother. One of the two moving men suggested that I take the lamps instead of putting it in the moving truck ( they were literally moving my stuff down the road to a Public Storage). I agreed. This was honestly the worst experience I think you could ever have with STORING belongings. We had multiple vaults that we just needed to be kept safe. Without our knowledge one of our Containers was opened and boxes with personal information were taken out and sent to another client in South Carolina (we are in south FLORIDA) . If I could give it 0 stars I would. I called yesterday and booked a move for today. They took my $100 deposit and said someone would call me today on the time they were coming. Turns out they call me today telling me they were all booked and had no one to do the move for me. Not only are they cancelling last minute, but they were insensitive about it too.
