My move started at 9:30 this morning. The battery died in their truck at 12:30. It is now AFTER 4:00 AND I’M STILL WAITING FOR THEM AT MY NEW ADDRESS. They have 4 phone #s that nobody answers. I tt Ops Mgr who took no responsibility whatsoever and made it sound like an almost 4 hr delay was normal. Didn’t offer any type of discount for losing the ENTIRE DAY. Not impressed at all. $800 phone magically went missing while moving. (Worth more than our move was). Both men admitted to seeing it. Was filed with police and everything. Company offered absolutely 0 in compensation after filing an insurance claim. CEO/President was not able to be reached and Ashley, who we were told is director of complaints department, was also unreachable. Rather than returning phone calls, they sent us a physical letter.
