I reached out to the owners Mitch and and Tim and they never even gave me a courteous of a return call Phil, the appraiser who quotes you a price abd is also part owner I believe hung up on me They truly don’t care about you or your valuables !!!!! Please do not be deceived like I was by only reading the reviews that they place on their website which cherry pick only the positive reviews that appear here and ignore the many negative reviews which detail horrible experiences like the one I had.. The movers destroyed my nearly brand new television and they have offered a tiny fraction of the replacement costs as compensation. Outrageous pricing run run run run run do it yourself! Never mentioned a 100.00 open the unit fee!
Very unprofessional, high inflexibile. Told me everything I wanted to hear for me to give them my deposit then the day before my move told me the time wouldn't work after three people guaranteed everything. Not pleased with the service I got at all and I didn't even get a apology. They claim everyone is a owner there but I would think that would make them all knowledgeable on all their own terms. Such a hassle and caused my move to be more stressful than I already was!
