Bait & switch. Simple as that. Tell you one price on the phone and it's hundreds of dollars more after they have your belongings in the truck. They will strong arm you and threaten to keep your items unless you pay the new price. BEWARE!!!

These people suck! Stay away from this company, or so called company, or you will be completely left with a bunch of broken and damaged furniture! They are very inexperienced and unresponsive and should not be representing the Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat or Florida Marlins by any means whatsoever!!! They will only screw you over, take your money and leave you with a bunch of broken crap!!! Worst moving experience ever. Mark, please call me.
During our move, one of the movers pointed out that they broke our TV during transport. We filed a claim and after an abundance of paperwork, multiple conversations and 8 months, we receive an offer of payment, in the amount of $27 for our TV which we valued at $750. Between time spent and having the documents notarized, we lost money on the TV. A company should acknowledge when they make a mistake and offer appropriate restitution.
