Cancelled the move that had been on the books for weeks because another person failed to detail that they needed to move from 2 houses instead of one. Left my friend high and dry and then waited HOURS to tell her that her move was cancelled. DO NOT USE!!!!
THE WORST!!! I wish I had read the reviews before we used them. Don't make that same mistake!!!! They low ball quoted us to get our business, then charged us three times more. They charged us for 3 guys and sent 3 guys that maybe worked the equivalent of 1.5 people. They did not load the truck correctly, which left us with a giant trailer and several car loads of stuff to have to get on our own. Had move scheduled 2 months in advance. Day of moving they cancel because driver had a fever. Don’t know why they couldn’t put a different driver in and bump a move that was scheduled as far in advance. They promise that they will move the next morning. Call the next morning and they claim we are not on the schedule. Was promised by Dantelle that we would be on the schedule the next morning. Sure enough he is off work the next day. They were poor to us. They broke boxes especially the ones that were fragile. My mom and I had to throw away so many things that were glass because of all my sons. We have been so upset with them since 2012 and will never use them again. They broke so much of our stuff and it hurts us to see all the glass and pain that they have caused us.
Overcharged paying over $3200, plus tip, for a one day, five mile move coming from a 1700 square foot home. They broke a really nice vintage lamp, a rolling kitchen island, and dropped a $500 subwoofer down a flight of stairs and offered me less than 10% of its value back. The only positive to this company is the guys, AJ’s crew, that did the moving, were extremely friendly, and worked their butts off.
This is how my home was left plus my brand new carpet cleaner was stolen and I had to file a police report. They’re crooks and I’m heartbroken at the idea of having to wade through this broken mess and hire a second set of movers.

I'm not sure where to start. The movers came and during packing crushed my stained glass lamp shade. This was a family heirloom from when I was 13 years old. They nicked up my coffee table and my entertainment center that was purchased from Kittle's Furniture while loading or unloading. They didn't wrap either. They chipped two of my plaques. And these are only the most expensive things that got ruined or broken. I've learned now that I would have been better off turning it into my own insurance then going through them. To r... read more
Moving was the easy part. Covering up all the broken things was the hard part. The movers did not cover, secure, or properly pack my things. Broke may obj CT’s and tried to pretend like it didn’t happen. Customer service/claims center is even a bigger joke of service. Between Ace Ward(469-289-1447) and Dontel the store manager putting you on hold and sending you to everyone’s voicemail is a simple joke. You will never get a refund or proper claim reimbursements.
