Absolutely awful! Didn’t bring floors runners so floors got gouged. No one ever came out and did a walk through so now not everything fits in the truck. Have to go back to the shop with my things loaded to get the runners and have someone look at how they packed the truck since it doesn’t fit then have to send a shuttle truck to get the rest of my stuff. Our move was superb. Terrance Tyler and Joe Miller did a great job. They worked very hard and timely. Each had a positive attitude, were respectful and conscientious. Would definitely recommend them and All My Sons!
These jerks moved my new neighbors in and backed the truck in the driveway with the front of the truck sticking out in the street nearly blocking both lanes of traffic. They didn’t put any cones out or have anyone directing traffic around the truck. Some drivers had to squeeze through and others had to make U-turns and take alternate routes. I went with the first company that I talked to.....MISTAKE!! Watch what you are quoted. They do nothing for you once you book them. They under quote and over charge! Will never use this company again, nor will I ever refer anyone to use them!!
Stole $3000 in cash from my contents. I filed a police report and they will not call me back or the police officer back. They did a horrible job moving my stuff. Didn’t plug in my garage freezer and I lost all The contents. Horrible company, horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM!
They will break every single thing they move for you, steal your valuables and charge you triple what they quote you! Don’t use this company!!
Horrible customer service. Horrible movers. They do not cover damages they do to your property. They moved furnature and damaged it. They even damaged the door way. They will not fix their mistakes. They claimed they have insurance but they will not use it or lied about having it! AVOID THEM!!!
