Used All My Sons Moving & Storage for my most recent move. Very disappointed. First, they would not park their truck on the grass so they ended up hauling all items halfway around the house and up a hill to reach their truck. This added extra time loading. Then, when moving the china hutch they tipped it on end and when they reached their truck they tipped it right side up with enough force to break all of the glass shelves. I used this company on 5/03/2023 and the services were HORRIBLE!!! There were 3 guys to move my 2 bedroom apartment to my home and only 1 did most of the work and he had no problem telling me the other two guys make him do all the work. When they pulled up to my house one of the guys were resting up against the truck, before unloading my items, and pulled out a cigarette to smoke. The WORST moving company ever! First and last time I will use one. Make sure to do your research!! I sure did not and I paid for it. They do not carry the correct tools and they are unprofessional and will break your stuff due to both! I hired all my sons moving and storage. The move was 13 miles from house to house. The original house was off of stagecoach not even 3 miles from their office. I was quoted $170 per hour for a 3 man crew. The crew showed up at 8:30 am and was done at the new house by 12:45 pm. They did not supply any boxes for this move. They would not disconnect appliances from water source, however they did remove the handles and forgot to get them at the old house, so they were not installed until I did it myself. TL,DR: Coco and Markese = 5 stars (pay them their bonus), the manager Andrew impatiently set up a job with not enough people to do it and then used threatening language of intimidation to steal my property if I refused to pay his high pricing for ineffecient use of time. Coco and Markese were the redeeming quality of this unfortunately bad experience. It's actually a pretty unfair policy to have the google reviews be what determines bonuses for movers, because factors other than the movers themselves have a strong effect on... read more
