RecommendedWhen I moved on the 23rd of September the crew Rodney Jones, Mark Walker and the other young man was very professional. I would use the again anytime.
Move not done on day scheduled, call on day of move to inform me. Like watching the keystone cops doing your move. Damaged my belongings, claim process a joke. Inaccurate billing at end of move. If you value your belongings find a more reputable mover, save yourself the headache!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They just called and cancelled on us the day of. Nothing but excuses. Good thing we planned ahead and have a little extra time and are not in a bind because of this HORRIBLE COMPANY.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired their moving service to occur on June,12th. They sent me an email with the details informing that would be $159 per hour and would have to pay for the prior 30 min and 30 min after, once completed + 14% for Fuel. I was calculating 5 hours max to move some furnitures, nothing complex. They sent 3 unprepared guys which arrived at 8:15am and started the service around 9 because they didn't have tools!!! Horrible company. They were suppose to be at my house Sept 12th between 8-9am. Called me at 8:05am to tell me they were short staffed and had to cancel. I asked if they could move me later that day or the next day and was told there schedule was full. Offered no solutions or resolutions. Very unprofessional. Do not book with them!
They called me the morning of my move cancelling due to not enough of their staff showing up. I booked with them 4 weeks ahead and had everything scheduled and confirmed and set to move. I have move multiple times and used various companies and this is unacceptable. The only good thing to come of this was see the countless negative reviews that clearly reflect the company and the lack of care they have for their customers.
Furniture broken and major damage to the walls. Reported to the company and no response. I would not recommend this company.
Because of this company, I won't ever use movers again. Damaged furniture and appliances during the move, hit my truck pulling out of the house we moved from, hit my mailbox pulling out of the house we moved to. Promised me they would not charge for lunch break, then tried to charge me for over 8 hours of work. They showed up at 8:45, left at 3:40 with an hour and a half break in between. Would not recommend this company. We were quoted around $800 for a truck and 3 men and the final bill was $1700. They were unable to get 2 pieces of exercise equipment up from the basement, and in the process of storing our belongings my husband ended up helping move the boxes to speed the process.
