I hired them to move maybe 10 items all were ready to move they just needed to be wrapped and taken downstairs the movers arrived at 240. They walked In and out of my apt for 10 min looking at everything walked outside and didn’t come back in when I went to go look for them they were sitting In the truck. They could be transparent with their pricing. Quoting a pice and then doubling it due to fees that had no total mentioned is fraudulent. Will never do business with them again and won’t recommend these scammers to even my worst enemy.
The movers were excellent, their office staff was terrible to deal with 😑 We were quoted ALMOST 10k for a 5hr move. Okay, no big deal, a lot of money but it was a lot of stuff and long distance, well in the morning on offload day, they sent me my bill, I paid it. First and must admit that the company helped me out by facilitating a same-day move. My originally scheduled moving company did not show up as promised. So, I have to give them points for facilitating a same-day move. The negative however clearly outweighs any positive that may have otherwise existed. For example there are hidden cost. My movers were labor only unpacking my moving truck, but tried to charge me at 12% fuel surcharge. After negotiating thisThey agreed to lower it to only $38. A wonderful group to work with! Professional, ethical and personable! It took much longer to close on my house and I had to push back my move several times. There was never anything but courtesy and helpfulness offered which relieved my stress considerably. Kevin Robertson was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and safe with his entire team. The guys worked really hard and did everything we asked. They did a great job!
my mother and I used this company to move things into storage and an apartment. while we had a few broken things that showed up in our apartment the guys were nice so we let it slide. But about a month later we moved from the apartment to a townhouse and used the same company some of our things disappeared.
