please dont use this company. They left 3 car fulls worth of items at the house. My family and I had to make 2 trips to clear everything they left behind. I tried to call the company to discuss this issue and they answered and hung up. Never answered again. Went to their store location and found it was abandoned.

This company has no ethics or integrity. They will not honor their contract commitments and they will damage your furniture.
Absolutely no follow up regarding damages to the house I was moving out of! I called and spoke with Mark Meier -he said he'd speak to the team and get back with me. I moved on June 26th it's now July 11th and I haven't spoke to him yet. even calling to deny damage would be better than just ignoring me.
This company was moving my upstairs neighbor all day and they were so reckless and loud. I witnessed them throwing items down the stairs multiple times. When I walked outside this afternoon, there’s screws, chunks of broken furniture, trash and even a razor blade littering the ground around said stairs. I’m absolutely disgusted.

I called to get a quote and I was told that I would be charged $109/hr and that would include mileage and any sort of materials such as mattress pads and such. I wasn't sure on if I wanted to use them, so I told them I would discuss it with my roommate. From that day, up until I booked them, I was berated with text messages and calls three times a day. I set these guys up at the last minute because my first ones did not show. Their first crew came in, walked through my house, said nothing and left. This was after after I paid a 200 dollar deposit. The second crew came back and was awesome. They told us how to fix the boxes for packing so everything went smooth. they worked from 1230 to 430...to a tune of 716.00.
