DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They damaged my furniture beyond repair and lost pieces to my beds!! I have mattresses sitting on my floors because the beds cannot be reassembled. The movers had no clue how to pack and move my items properly. One of the guys dropped and shattered my desk right in front of me and told me to claim it. There were supposed to be 4 movers, 3 showed up. One of the 3 was injured and sat in the truck another wanted to talk all day and had no training-- it was his first day. My move was a nightmare. I used this company for the first time last Friday. They quoted a price of $1250 but at end of move they charged $2450 The crew was slow since hourly charge. Just threw things in boxes with no packing ... many broken items... will have to file a claim. One of the workers destroyed my bathroom... They came in door at beginning saying. “We like gratuities”! I regret calling them & will never use them Again ... I want to warn everyone about this company.....

I was at the flying j (pilot) service station on IH35 Waco on Nov 1 at approximately 9am I was attempting to fuel up my motorhome at one of. the two pumps for RV''s. both lanes had one of your trucks parked in them with no drivers. they were inside the store. It was over 20 minutes before they ever came out and even then they were in no hurry to move. this is good advertising for your comp

Would NOT recommend. Where to begin...? Moved from FTW to San Antonio. Ftw guys loaded & Sa guys unloaded. The truck was packed so poorly. The guys in San Antonio took pictures so they weren’t responsible for damage. Which didn’t matter to AMS because they haven’t taken care of us since the move we made in July 2018. After the move we had to patch up walls due to carelessness. Our furniture was not properly packed to be protected. The worst. Even though the movers admitted to damaging my stuff, I had to fill out a piece of paper and get it notarized. Then one of the movers offered to move my stuff in the future for half the price because he admitted All My Sons is over priced. $400 for a one bedroom apartment is NOT worth it.

I scheduled for 3 movers for a 1 bed/1 bath load and unload into new apartment down the road. Charged me ridiculously. I did not have very much stuff to move and they took almost 5 hours. Crew was exhausted from previous moves before me so I received half gassed employees. Talked to a manager and he refused to take off more than $10/hr and travel fees. Charged for moving items they did not use on my job. Guys were courteous and nice to me but I expect high quality for paying over $1200 for moving a small 1 bed/bath. Will nev... read more

Our moving company forgot to add us to the system and was unapologetic for the mistake. I called up All My Sons and spoke with Kelsey and she got us fixed up with two guys and a truck for the afternoon! Y’all saved the day and the service was worth every penny. Thank you! ***update: unfortunately I have to knock a star because it seems we are missing a piece of our bed and when I called and spoke to whoever at 5:30, getting told I would be receiving a call back and then radio silence.....? No bueno.

This moving company is a nightmare. I was supposed to have 4 people, and only three showed up. I was moving 3 miles away, and was quoted 3 hours. They only moved 11 items, and took almost 4 hours to do it. Every item they moved was damaged including my walls. Charged me for mattress covers, mirror covers, and tape. They only used a bit of tape. The mattresses are so dirty, and furniture will cost way more then the overpriced move to repair. The head guy had about 10 cigarettes in just under 4 hours of the move.
