When our overs bailed on us the day of our move... Marco Arrendondo and his partner were there within 35 min. of calling All My Sons Movers. Fast, friendly, and professional. They moved our 2br./2ba appartment up to the 3rd floor in less than 2.5 hrs. with appliances!! Worth every penny!!! Highly recommend them!!
The ENTIRE company is unethical and rude. They add on charges at the last minute and hold your items hostage until you pay. The San Antonio office is just as bad as the Ft. Worth office. Adam is rude along with most of his staff. They damaged my garage door where it could not shut all the way and stole my ladder. My belongings were supposed to be picked up and brought to my new house. After multiple calls and people avoiding me I finally got my things three days later. The corporate office is just as bad. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE YOUR STUFF. THE GUYS THEY SENT HERE HIGH AS A KITE ALL DAY LONG. THEY SPENT MORE TIME IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK SMOKING OUT THAN MOVING MY STUFF. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN 12 HOURS TO MOVE OUR STUFF OUT OF STORAGE. THEY DAMAGED ANLOT OF OUR THINGS AND WE ONLY FILED A CLAIM FOR THINGS WE THOUGHT WERE WORTH OUR TIME. WE ONLY ASKED FOR $500 IN DAMAGES THEY THEY ONLY VALUED OUR THINGS AT $150. THEY REFUSED OUR REQUEST TO PROTEST THE VALUE BY NOT RESPONDING TO SEVERAL REQUEST. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES... read more
charged my parents by the hour, then sent only 2 people that took their time. they broke the dining room table and after 30 days the company is only going to pay $120 when it will cost $900 to replace don't use them.

BEWARE HIDDEN COSTS I’ve used this company twice trying to give them a second chance but it won’t happen again. The first time I had them out just to unload a UHAUL and the guys were great. They unloaded quickly and were careful, etc. However, the guy on the phone confirmed with me the minimum labor cost was one hour. It took 20 minutes to unload my truck and that was fine except that when it came time to pay my bill I was told SURPRISE it was a two hour minimum so it cost me about $300 to get a handful of items unloaded ... read more
