they didn't show up for the original scheduled move, then the next day they were 2:15 minutes late, then overcharged, the behavior was not professional they kept giving me excuses and then avoided my calls.. i was told i would get a discounted rate and wouldn't be charged for fuel, after the move they charged me the wrong rate and charged me for fuel, this is poor service....
This is a no stars company! After my recent debacle a friend told me that they used them just last week and one of the drivers stole some of their "moved" items. This is a nationwide classless company! Do NOT EVER use!!

The took my washer and dryer out my back door and broke the door and forgot to let me know, I gave them ALOT of items and even tipped them unknowing the damage that they did to my home and furnishings! NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!
They do not deserve one star.....that would be over rating them. I had a move set up for this morning and they were supposed to call around 8:30. They called and said they would be here around 10:00. Then someone else called and said it would be around 11:20. They arrived at 11:18 moved my furniture to a storage building 15 minutes from my home. Once we got there and they went over the charges with me it was nothing like what i was quoted when i first called and paid my deposit. They said it would be $139 for 3 men. They end... read more

My son & daughter-in-law were scheduled to move today, over a month ago, and they never showed up!!! Don't bother booking with these losers!!!
Rick and Scott were great movers. Very kind, hard working and professional. Unfortunately, there were hidden and deceptive charges in my final bill that weren't explained to me on the front end. I got four estimates. All my Sons was the lowest. In the end, we paid more than the highest estimate.
