DO NOT USE! They will quote you a decent price over the phone, and I understand it is a "quote" so it is not set in stone but when the price ends up being $625.98, $100.00+ over what you were originally quote you will not be happy. My boyfriend requested an early start time, they did not get there until 11:30. Included in the total, we were also charged a "pack fee." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! Absolutely terrible customer service! They cancelled my move, the morning of my move, while we were waiting for them to show up. They had an employee call off and couldn't complete my move! What kind of business doesn't perform a scheduled service (a month ago) because an employee called off. Issues happen...but then you fix them! Worst service I have ever had! So disrespectful and rude all around!
Do not use these guys! I wish I would have seen these reviews first! First, they could not get the scheduling right. I booked at 2 and the movers did not show up until 3:30! Secondly, they have hefty hidden charges. Please take note, there is a 9% gas fee, $65 bucks to protect your items, which is a rip off since this should be standard with every reputable moving company. Then they charge an additional $109 service fee. Bascially, I paid double than what was estimated. You have been warned. Stay away from these people if yo... read more

I called well in advanced to schedule a move, they called and confirmed it with me three days before the move. They then called again and confirmed with my wife the day before the move. Now here I am, moving day, and they call and canceled on me. What a terrible company.

DO NOT use these guys! Moving is stressful enough, but when your movers call at 8am to say they aren't coming at the time they were supposed to arrive - it takes things to a whole new level. We are still experiencing the pains of this move. Our experience was a complete nightmare, and the way in which it was handled by Mike and Danny – completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I scheduled a move with this company. They called the day prior with a confirmation time. The day of the move, they called to tell me that they were not coming!!!! Very unprofessional. Left me in a terrible situation as I had to be out of my house that day, which I made clear when I scheduled the move with them. Do not even consider using this company! They didn't even show up and seemed unconcerned about it.
