I scheduled a move with this company. They called the day prior with a confirmation time. The day of the move, they called to tell me that they were not coming!!!! Very unprofessional. Left me in a terrible situation as I had to be out of my house that day, which I made clear when I scheduled the move with them. Do not even consider using this company! They didn't even show up and seemed unconcerned about it.
They suck worst moving company ever lazy ripping off con company do not use. This is my second post they removed the first one
Supposed to be here today between 12 and 3 ..... no sign of them at 2:50pm so I called for an update. Mike told me he would call the crew and find out what is going on. When he called back he said the move before mine is running long and they have no idea when they will be here. How does a moving company not know how long a move takes if that is their sole business?? Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I had a moved scheduled for 1-3pm on a Friday. I was suppose to get a confirmation call the evening before but never did. I called in that Friday morning just to make sure that everything was on track was told yes and we would get a call around 1:00 to let us know how the prior job was going. Never got that called so my husband called at 1:30 and was told the guys were running late. Then 2:15 rolled around and was informed they may not be able to do the move! WHAT?!?! My review would be the same as the above customers- just awful! The crew was very nice- it was not their fault. I was scheduled for between 8-10 am and they got there at 12:30. I was told I would get a call before and never did- so I had to call. Also had a Penske truck- will be giving a review on Angie's list also. I was in a last minute bind- the other preferred companies were booked- it would have been worth the wait.
I would give zero stars if this were possible.
