Very poor experience with this company. Not only did they damage several pieces of furnature but they damaged several walls and they scratched up my new floors that were installed 2 days prior!!! The refrigerator also has a large scratch across the front! When I made comments to the supervisor about the floors, he blatantly ignored me. I paid $1600 to have professionals move me 20 miles away for them to do a horrible job! They stood around for 30 staring at their empty truck prior to loading. Worst experience ever ! Broke 2 led televisions severely overcharged . Employees tried to hijack load , had to call police .

"AMS" has very clear instructions as to handling claims if a claim exist and it's not via fb posts. "Hijack" please read your contract all payments are collected prior to offloading the idea AMS would have any problems collecting beforehand would have been the only reason there was a delay in offloading your belongings no other reason except shipper was unprepared to pay upon delivery. First of all let me just put this out there, we are easy going people and don't demand or expect much, but if you're paying a hefty chunk of money for a service? It better be done correctly, right?! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with All My Sons. •They showed up 2hrs late •2 of the 3 moving guys were fresh on the job for the 1st day forcing the seasoned employee to be overworked •they didn't show up with the 2nd truck: we had a 5 bedroom house. Oh where to start. I started working for all my sons in august of 2014. On april 28 2016 i got a call from my boss. Our branch was being shut down, no severance pay, nothing. Basically " hey thanks for your almost two years of dedication, but you and 13 others are bow unemployed". So for anyone that wants to hire these people READ THIS. 1.
