I should have read the FB reviews before hiring. The actual movers were no issue at all. The issue came with the sales pitch. Told by three different people the job time was set in from 12-2, how am I to know that means when they will arrive...12-2? I am then told that they will call when headed over, did not happen. Then told it is $149 travel time, got it. & 149 hr labor rate, got it. You all need to make an itemized bill up front before any work is to even be done or projected to drive out to the location. I had a direct quote of $511 quote a price over the phone then paid a deposit but, y’all didn’t even do the job because you guys wanted to quote $300-$400 more. Then only refund me back $47.00. Never once in conversation the 3x we talked did anyone mention couches that had to be covered. Will never call again for a moving quote!

The guys that did the work were very good, professional and handled all our belongings carefully. That being said, the price we were given as an approximate cost was 500.00 less than we were charged. We were stunned at the difference. But it was pay up or they take your belongings. Sorry business practice. I would never recommend them to anyone .

All of our call center representatives are told not to give specific amounts because it's impossible to know exactly how long a move will take. I scheduled them to load a pod for me since I was making a long distance move. At the time of posting this, they were supposed to load my pod today (Saturday). They have yet to arrive and they have yet to even confirm what time if ever they are coming. As of Friday (yesterday) I hadn't heard anyone but they definitely charged my card $100 deposit. Two of the guys were awesome, third guy I caught trying to steal money out of my wallet. Sad part was the money was for him anyway, like I said the driver and his brother were amazing I would recommend them to anyone, but second helper tried to steal and kind of makes me uneasy to ever use them again. Hopefully their management takes care of this for future customers.
