They were supposed to be at our house 12-2, then called at 2 to let us know the crew was leaving Salem around 3 (we’re located 45 minutes from there). Finally got to our place at 4:15, with 2 movers instead of the 3 we were promised and told there was an after 5 “overtime rate”. Shady business owner, terrible customer service, my mom was in tears on the phone with the manager. We’re now looking into contacting the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I had an appointment for the crew to show up between 8:00/9:00. Received a call the day before confirming that. The time came and passed and I received a call that due to rest rules the crew assigned were unavailable and someone would show up soon. The crew finally arrived at 11:45 or almost 3 hours late. I had to cancel my other appointments and reschedule my cleaning crew. I received numerous calls when I started looking for a mover. Broke some of our bedroom furniture, to include our marble top. They gave us a couple hundred bucks. Are you kidding me!! Movers were hung over and I️ will never use them again or refer them...terrible!

I scheduled with Joe ( who was shortly there after fired) for a move on 8/10/17 at 9:00 a.m., a couple of weeks before our move and paid a $100 deposit. I was given a quote, by miles and weight, and including the stairs, this is important later. Then no one showed up. I called and asked if they were running late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We had 3 movers move us on Monday. I confirmed when I booked that they can take furniture apart and put it together. I informed them I have a large bed with captain's drawers. They showed up without tools. They also left two piles of screws under my bed. Screws that go to my bed that they spent hours(about 6+ hours @$180/hour) taking apart and putting together. They didn't even tell us. They just left them under the bed. After taking our deposit and scheduling move way in advance, they cancelled us within 2 hours of when they were scheduled to pack and load our house (we were told they would not reschedule)! They said their truck was in an accident, but they didn't offer us the help to pack our stuff and did not make any attempt to rent a replacement truck to fulfill their obligation per our contract!
