Do not use this company. They claimed to have a sick driver the morning of our move, which based on reading other reviews here, seems to be standard operating procedure for them. Our start time was moved from 8:30am to 12pm to 3pm and they eventually showed up at 4pm. My wife and I took the day off of work to oversee the move which ended up being a waste of a day. Called two weeks before our move and explained what it was we were moving.Accepted the bid and gave them a deposit. 2 days before the move day received a call to confirm the times. We was told that we would need to add another mover and $56 more per hour, "company policy" . When we scheduled we were not informed of this. We CANCELLED just on principle alone, went to Task Rabbit and got same day service for 1/4 the price! They didn't need 3 people let alone 4. It was a 2 man job. It felt like a bait and switch!

DO NOT USE!!! While the crew that finally showed up (43 hours late) did a good job, not happy with the management team. No call letting us know they wouldn't be there on Thursday at noon (when planned a MONTH in advance), manager finally called Thursday at 6 pm and said they would come Saturday instead. They were an hour late then, but did get us moved. When it came to final payment, manager at office said it was against Oregon law to discount the moving fee. If these were my sons, I would abort them. I had the displeasure of hiring All My Sons Moving to accomplish what I thought was a simple, clean, easy move. Really nothing special, and something I thought would be stressless - it's a 30 minute drive between locations, everything was pre-packed, I even discarded a bunch of large items so the move would be easier. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They cancelled on us on our moving day without providing a solution/rescheduling. After not showing up, I called them and they had changed our time slot. An hr later, they cancelled because "their drivers were finishing up 2 jobs from the day before." My fiancé and I are very flexible, but to cancel day of without rescheduling is inexcusable! Wow!!! I wish I would have checked yelp before booking my move. I have the unfortunate pleasure of having to 14 times in the last 14 years. I have been very blessed with great companies and excellent customer service UNTIL NOW!!! If there were less than a star that is what the operations management team would receive. I got such bad service that I didn't even get to the part where they moved my stuff. I called to schedule a couple months ago, told them I needed a morning slot and later reconfirmed. Took the day off work. I was told that I would get a call a day or two before the move with day-of details. No call. Called at 5pm the night before to get the details, and they asked me if they could move me another day. I said no. They were really easy to contact and get in touch with when I was trying to book my move, but leading up to the move, communication was less spotty. I hired a two man moving crew, and three guys showed up. I informed them that I only hired a two man moving crew, and the lead of the moving crew called his boss, and told me that I was getting a deal of getting a three man moving crew for the price of two. If I could choose zero stars, I would do it. I contacted these yayhoos over the weekend to arrange a move for Tuesday, May 19, 2020, and was promised a window of 3 hours; between 1:00 and 4:00 pm.
