STOP! This business will rip you off! They will quote you a low price over the phone and then when you're sitting there vulnerable and need help moving heavy furniture, they will double the price. The owners put the movers in a horrible position. Corrupt cons!

Would give them zero if I could. Damaged furniture and I only had a one bedroom. Best part was that they were 7 hours late. Called and the guy said my driver had called in sick. I told him there's supposed to be 3 guys. Are they all sick? Excuse upon excuse. Called to see about a discount. They gave me some bs about Oregon mandated prices. Ummmmm not a thing. Worst service ever.

What everybody else said. They no showed on my dad then came at the final hour the next day. Completely misquoted the storage costs and billed for 5 x the quoted cost. The actual movers were kind and quick but the bros in the operations office are disorganized and dismissive. Such a frustrating experience.

If I could give them zero stars I would!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Save yourself stress and book with some one else. Overall, terrible. 1.) They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9am. They didn't arrive until 12:30, and they never called or notified me. I had to call them repeatedly for updates and every hour was told they were "on the way". 2.) They charged us $20 per mover for COVID protocol - masks, gloves, testing, etc. Which, normally I'd be fine with! However, the movers didn't follow protocol. Do not use this company. They claimed to have a sick driver the morning of our move, which based on reading other reviews here, seems to be standard operating procedure for them. Our start time was moved from 8:30am to 12pm to 3pm and they eventually showed up at 4pm. My wife and I took the day off of work to oversee the move which ended up being a waste of a day. Called two weeks before our move and explained what it was we were moving.Accepted the bid and gave them a deposit. 2 days before the move day received a call to confirm the times. We was told that we would need to add another mover and $56 more per hour, "company policy" . When we scheduled we were not informed of this. We CANCELLED just on principle alone, went to Task Rabbit and got same day service for 1/4 the price! They didn't need 3 people let alone 4. It was a 2 man job. It felt like a bait and switch!

DO NOT USE!!! While the crew that finally showed up (43 hours late) did a good job, not happy with the management team. No call letting us know they wouldn't be there on Thursday at noon (when planned a MONTH in advance), manager finally called Thursday at 6 pm and said they would come Saturday instead. They were an hour late then, but did get us moved. When it came to final payment, manager at office said it was against Oregon law to discount the moving fee. If these were my sons, I would abort them. I had the displeasure of hiring All My Sons Moving to accomplish what I thought was a simple, clean, easy move. Really nothing special, and something I thought would be stressless - it's a 30 minute drive between locations, everything was pre-packed, I even discarded a bunch of large items so the move would be easier.
