MOVERS WERE VERY LATE. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES.. I WAS ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND THEY'D CALL ME AT ANY MINUTE ... they would not give me an expected arrival for 3 hours! THE MOVERS WERE ACTUALLY 4 HOURS LATE FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Appointment was for 12:15pm. Movers showed up at 4:45pm. I wasted almost 5 hours waiting for my appointment that they scheduled with no window.. it was an exact time. There is no way I could recommend this company after having the worst moving experience of my life! My ex and I had recently divorced and sold the house so I scheduled them to be at my house on a Friday and they were supposed to be there at noon. I had recently cracked the cartilage in my rib so I had to stop packing per doctors orders and not lift anything. The most annoying and aggressive sales people ever. After calling just for a quote they started calling and leaving me multiple voicemails back to back daily. I finally just had to block their number.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Stay away! These guys are total fuck ups! They told me I was booked for a move but didn't actually book it. We had signed the papers for the sale of our house and had to be out by 5pm. When it came to moving day, they never showed up. I called to inquire and the manager, Isaiah, tried to blame it on me then hung up on me. Can't believe the morons are still in business. The business should be called My Three Idi

UPDATE!!! As always the moving crew itself wins the day! These guys did awesome (and FAST) work of our household goods. Again, those folks make up for the error that happened with the scheduling. been planning a move for weeks. Used these guys before, great work up until today. As of two days ago, I actually had TWO trucks reserved, but Jamie was very helpful and said I only needed one. I've been sked for first move, 9:00 all along, Sat morning. I had two young men come to move me on a rainy Saturday. At the new house, they unwrapped my piano and while taking the wrap off they peel up the laminate on the side. I also noticed a gouge above the peeled section. All the boxes were placed in my garage. They placed heavy boxes of books on top of lighter boxes causing them to cave in. This company broke some of our items during a recent move. We have politely requested forms to make a damage claim but they absolutely will not comply.

They will move your stuff but when you get it beware if they ruin any of your items they will do the bare minimum to correct the situation! They do not care about their customers. Also I'm not sure what their managers do because they just send you to the claims department. I will never use them again and would warn anyone who is considering using them to keep looking for a more reputable company.
