This company broke some of our items during a recent move. We have politely requested forms to make a damage claim but they absolutely will not comply.
They will move your stuff but when you get it beware if they ruin any of your items they will do the bare minimum to correct the situation! They do not care about their customers. Also I'm not sure what their managers do because they just send you to the claims department. I will never use them again and would warn anyone who is considering using them to keep looking for a more reputable company.
They don't even deserve one star. They didn't even show up, after we paid a deposit!!
Absolutely NEVER use this company. I am shocked by the treatment we've received. I booked our move over a month in advance and talked with the folks at All My Sons several times between booking and our move date of 11/23/19. The Saturday morning of our move, after they were supposed to have already arrived, I get a call from them saying one of their guys has a hurt foot that "didn't get better" so they don't have a crew for us - but they think one of the morning crews should be able to come in the afternoon.
