Due to the fact I was in a training session with my new job I left my 19 year old daughter in charge of meeting the movers and showing them the storage unit and apt we were moving out of - I left payment in an already made out Estate Check and hoped and expected the day to go smoothly..... One storm, tired overwhelmed movers and the refusal of my estate check for payment left their guy in charge at the office calling my 19 year old daughter a f$cking bi$ch, told her to go to hell and called her a F&CKING C$NT numerous times.... read more

I had to make a sudden move from one job to another, 12 miles apart. I was told I only needed 3 guys to move my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to another 2x2 from Portland to Beaverton then talked into 4 guys the day before my move. I had to do the move remotely and they must have seen me coming a mile away! My daughter and I got severely sick right before the move and I was told repeatedly that they were sending their "best guys" and not to worry, they would be able to get everything done within 5-8 hours. Do not and I repeat do not use this company. They grossly misquoted a move and now we are stuck trying t figure out how to move 1000lbs 300 miles and we have to move today. These guys have no clue what they are doing. I don't know what we are going to do. I told him that our last move a year ago we had two pods at the weight limit and they assured me we would be ok and we are now stranded and stuck. Do not use this company.

Had a terrible experience from these folks. It started with their call center that promised me their moving van could hold all our household items especially since we had no appliances and 1 bed. They showed up with 3 guys, couldn't get all are items in the truck. They damaged items and refused to put our couch in the house. They finally came back 10 days later to finish the move. They left shrink wrap all over our items.. 2 month's later they still haven't acknowledged our loses. I have never written a bad Yelp review un... read more

Read reviews online before booking these people. They changed your scheduled times without notice, have a history of not showing up, unethically hide charges and fees, have terrible customer service, and have lazy employees that don’t understand how to effectively move large items

We had the worst experience with this company. Movers were very rude and broke a cabinet and entertainment center.

Where do we start... A few days ago I went online looking for a moving company and came across this business. The rating was great and they seem like a respectful family owned operation so I figured they would be good to hire and support. I called and scheduled my appointment for a 2 hour job for Saturday 6/9/18 - scheduled no problem. Received a call from the alleged 'owner' an hour later saying that there is a tariff on Saturdays in Portland and that corporate in Texas doesn't know how to schedule or what they're doing. They were supposed to be at our house 12-2, then called at 2 to let us know the crew was leaving Salem around 3 (we’re located 45 minutes from there). Finally got to our place at 4:15, with 2 movers instead of the 3 we were promised and told there was an after 5 “overtime rate”. Shady business owner, terrible customer service, my mom was in tears on the phone with the manager. We’re now looking into contacting the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
