0 stars if I had the choice. TERRIBLE SERVICE, movers were unprofessional, smelled like cigarettes, had horrible communication and they broke our bed!!!!!I have asthma so this was really not fair!A few days before the move I was told I would get a 1 hour notice before the movers arrived within the delivery window that was planned. I honestly think 1 star is too many for this company. So many problems with our move. We were quoted 5-6 hours to move every time we told them what we had to move; 1 10x10 storage, 1 10x15 storage, and minimal items still in the home. EVERY TIME the quote was the same 5-6 hours with 1 truck. We were beyond prepared for the move, everything downstairs except 1 bed, 2 dressers and 2 desks. EVERYTHING in boxes in the garage. They refuse to call me back after leaving a vital part to my $5000 bed in their truck. The part to hold the mattress in place if the head is up on it. Without the piece, they rendered my very expensive adjustable base useless. I've attempted to call every day about 15-20 after they left and several times a day after that, and keep getting told that they will check with the driver and call me right back. I was promised the BEST move but that was not what I received. I asked them to arrived mid afternoon for just a few pieces of furniture. I called when they were late, they called back after another 20 minutes saying they were going to be 30-40 minutes later (near their 5pm quitting time mind you). ZERO STARS...Worst moving company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Late, no call, management unresponsive, and movers made a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms and tried to hide it with a piece of furniture. Applied our payment to the wrong account and not once apologized or tried to help us. Horrible experience!

This is the worst company I have ever used. Showed up an hour late, charges extra for moving/packing supplies which is funny for they damaged everything they moved. They also brought no tools and had to use all my husbands tools. Scratched wood floors for no moving sliders. Had to file claims for over $895 in damages , got bids and quotes for repairs like was told to do so , and just got a flat .60 per pound which was $300. Most unprofessional place I've used in a while. They are slow and like to stop and talk to the customers a lot (keep in mind they charge by the hour). They put holes in the walls of the house I was moving out of, forgot items and charged me for them forgetting and having to go back, scratched the walls in my brand new home that was JUST BUILT. Dishonesty, poor service, unreliable company and lack of respect for customer time/schedule. The portland area manager called Mark did not book the services requested, and the movers did not showed up for the job on a Saturday. I spoke with the manager Mark by phone 8 different times in the period of 4 hours trying to figure out what happen to the movers, every call was a false statement/misinformation from Mark the manager since 2:41 pm until almost 6 pm. Price shocker!!! First they showed up more than an hour later than the window given, without calling. I appreciate the care they took to wrapping everything. But I was told approx 4 hours.( we were only moving 2.5 miles) it took them 11 hours!!!!! We were paying by the hour!! We had everything packed and all beds broken down ourselves, before they got there. We were planning a $1,000.00 max, it ended up costing over $2,300.00 !!!!!!!! I feel taken advantage of!!!
