They charged the quoted rate. The moving crew was great, very friendly. But I am now missing 4 pieces of artwork - not happy
If I could give zero stars I would! I had THREE pieces of furniture to move plus a large, expensive, flat screen TV. THATS IT. Not only is all my furniture scratched and broken, my TV “didn’t make it off the truck” and we ended up paying almost $800. AND not only did I buy them all food and tip them all in cash, at the end of the move, they told my boyfriend I hadn’t tipped them and that he needed to. When I called, the reps on the phone we’re friendly and concerned about my move. We had our stuff in a 10x20 storage unit with only 4 pieces of heavy furniture. A two hour quote turned into 4 and a half hours. The two guys took their time without regard to anything I said about how I wanted our things moved. They did what was easy for them. The kicker was the extra charges I got at the end of the move. I was never quoted fuel charges or travel time or charges for materials used. My jewelry was stolen and my bed frame is missing 4 legs so i cant sleep on it! Worst ever!!!! And i was quoted a price around 4hrs of service no extra charges. They charged my double of wut i was supposed to pay!

My next door neighbor used this company. The guys decided to be lazy and backed their large, heavy truck down my driveway and yard without my permission. The truck is already heavy and left ruts in my mole infested yard. I went to ask the guys how heavy the truck is and will be because I have a sprinkler system that could be broken. The guys just laughed me off. Poor customer service!!!! Even Nebraska Furniture won't pull their trucks, that are same size, into the drive way. Have pictures if needed
This company moved us back in 2009 and they were fast and reasonably priced. This was when they were a small man’s business. When we needed to move again this year, they were the first moving company I called. Now, they are nation wide. I used All My Son’s based off when my parents used them years ago. My memory must be fading at 33 years old because I don’t remember this many issues. The crew showed up unprepared and I had to jump through hoops to get / supply my own boxes. My clothes that were hanging had to be put in a mattress bag. I hired All My Son's moving to move my adult daughter and granddaughter out of her small apartment. When I spoke with the salesman on the phone, I was quoted $99/hr, with no minimum. I asked when the clock started and was told when they arrived and when they left the final destination. I asked if there were any additional fees/charges and was told no.
