WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND THEN PHYSICALLY ROB YOU. Aside from the overcharge, horrible shady crew, damaged walls, and so much more... the crew STOLE over $2000 in cash. Then when questioned by the police pleaded ignorance and “didn’t know” who the crew member was that didn’t show up for work the next moving day. I very rarely feel the need to post negative reviews, however, my experience with All My Sons this past week was atrocious. I would like to help others avoid making the mistake of hiring them. My move date was 6/13; I called and reserved the movers 4/26. When I called, I was commended for scheduling so far in advance, and was told I would not only get my desired time slot, but that I would be guaranteed their best crew. One of the 3 movers they sent me was new and they were training him. It was clear he was new and despite instruction from the 2 experienced movers, he broke the center glass from my dining room table and scratched several items through dropping them/rough handling. They were very apologetic and took full responsibility but I am still stuck with replacing the table and other items. I was quoted $1180 with my pre move estimate and after packing up the truck was told $2100! Wrong!!!!
Their pricing first of all. We were quoted 600 dollars but was charged 1400 when it was said and done. When we asked about it we were told that quotes are for two hours of work. I find it impossible to load up two storage units in two hours so they should of allowed for more time than that. I was on the phone with a man for 15 minutes before to unload and they asked all types of questions like what was in the units and the size of the units, so they knew what they were getting into. An employee stole my sons ps4 and pawned it, the police have been notified and BBB will be called shortly. I suggest you not use this company unless u want your stuff gone through and stolen
l used all my sons to move the price was ridiculously high and l just moved into my new place l notice my son's ps4 is missing and I'm not too happy about it come to find out one the employees stole my son's game system
Words cannot begin to describe what horrible customer service this company has. There were a few small things I chose to overlook from the beginning of the process (looking at the other awful reviews, was quoted different minimum time than once it was confirmed, as well as not being told about travel fuel percentage charges). We have moved many times in our life and used many different companies. I would in no way recommend this company for your move. Way too much damage and the way they handled the final payment was simply unprofessional. I even fed the crew lunch two days and they seemed disappointed when I did feed them the last day. I was too mad at them. Stay away folks.
