BEWARE! When moving All My Sons experience is one you'll want to avoid! You name it, unprofessional, total disregard for your furniture and belongings, and whenever something was broken or damaged customer service is not willing to resolve the issues. Moving is stressful enough- Don't make the same mistake I made. Like Comment Share

TERRIBLE!!! Used them in Tempe to move my student who only had boxes and bedroom furniture. The price quoted was NOT the price charged. Despite several attempts to confirm the move, I could not get anyone to speak to me until the day before the move at which time they wanted to "confirm" the price. Hundreds of dollars more than agreed to. They asked If I had the quote In writing knowing full well they don't give you the quote In writing....for just this reason. We hired All My Sons Moving and Storage in Tempe to move some furniture from a storage unit to a consignment store. One of the movers broke a curved glass cabinet. (I witnessed this happen.) They were very apologetic and said they would take care of reporting the incident. When I called, nothing had been reported. Eventually, I was directed to their headquarters in Texas where I submitted a claim form along with an estimate on replacing the glass front. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. You get quoted for $600 but ended up having to pay over $1200. They told us the guys would come at 12pm. Then called at 6am asking if they could come at 9am, with an additional man to help (which was an up charge). The guys didn't show up till closer to 10:45, took a "break" 45 minutes in. Keep in mind you are being charged by the hour. They took a single box at a time & my fiancé ended up stepping in to help bcuz they took their sweet time. Since that's how they get paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FURNITURE INTACT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR WALLS AND DOORS INTACT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! All My Sons movers gouged and ruined my Piano that is 56 years old and WAS in "like new" condition until they mangled, mutilated, and disfigured it. The "scratch", as they euphemistically call the craters with jagged edges includes 5 separate areas spanning from 10 inches by 5 inches down to 4 inches by 2 inches. ... read more
