From start to finish, this company was trash. Their first line of customer service was very uninformative and left out every detail. Their first didn't work out and their second crew was more efficient but one guy was extra loud and the other one felt like he could go back and forth with me about the job. Was okay... changed the price the day before move. Manager who I spoke to was very rude and asked if I was going to shut up or keep talking because I was upset I had a different price from What they emailed me. Second guy was really no help in moving. My boyfriend helped move with them and offered my bf a job. They have a-lot secret charges they don't tell you about. It was a very stressful move. Won't be using them again.

If I could select a negative star I would. They moved my daughters from their apartment in Mesa last weekend. They were scheduled for Sat. My daughter was told they would be the second move of the day. She took the day off work unpaid. As the day passed , she called the office and was told twice the movers were 45 min away. Finally at the end of the day, she was told they could not come and would be there around 7am Sunday. The movers arrived at 0830. My daughter was quoted $209/hr w a minimum of 2 hours. These people moved for my grandmother and her sister to their new house. Right after their services my grandma was missing a lot of money, stole a wedding ring, jewelry, wrapped coins. They still haven't given them a receipt from when they requested it after they were finished. They also ruined their furniture not wanting to use moving blankets! Please do not trust this company!!

Criminals. The whole production from start to finish was a nightmare. On the initial phone call I was told I would get two movers and a 26 ft truck. When they called to confirm, every detail was wrong, cost more, and I was told it could take 4-6 hours to move , my new place was 30 minutes from the old place. I thought I cleared up the information, on move day the movers showed up with a 10 ft truck to move a 3 bedroom apartment and only 2 movers (on the second call I asked for three). HORRIBLE. They give you one quote upon reservation but at the end of services it's double or triple the initial amount you suspected. I had a bedroom set, ottoman and crib moved and it took 4 hours!!! NOT TO MENTION my boyfriend helped take my bed down since they forgot their tools and we had to use our own as well as I told them I needed boxes for my kitchen and they brought none so not everything I desired to have moved got moved just for me to end up paying almost $1000 !!!!! BEWARE! When moving All My Sons experience is one you'll want to avoid! You name it, unprofessional, total disregard for your furniture and belongings, and whenever something was broken or damaged customer service is not willing to resolve the issues. Moving is stressful enough- Don't make the same mistake I made. Like Comment Share

TERRIBLE!!! Used them in Tempe to move my student who only had boxes and bedroom furniture. The price quoted was NOT the price charged. Despite several attempts to confirm the move, I could not get anyone to speak to me until the day before the move at which time they wanted to "confirm" the price. We hired All My Sons Moving and Storage in Tempe to move some furniture from a storage unit to a consignment store. One of the movers broke a curved glass cabinet. (I witnessed this happen.) They were very apologetic and said they would take care of reporting the incident. When I called, nothing had been reported. Eventually, I was directed to their headquarters in Texas where I submitted a claim form along with an estimate on replacing the glass front.
