On May 18th 2024 All my Sons moving company sent three young men to my place to move my furniture and other items from my apartment to a storage unit in Tempe Arizona, they took 2 hours to move when in reality it should have only taken 1 hour or may an hour and a half the movers would take out 1 item at a time and take them 10 to 15 minutes to return it was like no one was moving my stuff one of them should have been in the apartment while the other was loading the truck they would all disappear at the same time it took the... read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! We spoke with their time on the phone originally and they had told us to move a 3 bedroom house it would cost around $175/ hr and would probably be only 3 hours which would be $525. They had also originally told me to hold our stuff overnight it would cost $250. They showed up for our appointment moved all our stuff into the truck then finally told me it would be an additional $250 if they hold to hold it after 12pm but no one mentioned that to me during the estimate?? Pay attention to the 1.3 stars generously given to this company. If you value your possessions, hire someone else. First, they lie to you and say their truck would fit all your goods. I had to leave $750 worth of stuff behind without apology or compensation because they didn't bring a big enough truck and their amateur movers didn't stack the truck properly. Wow what a nightmare! If I could give zero stars I would. First off I want to say the movers were professional and great. It is the staffing people I have an issues with. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH. I typically go with Uhaul movers but I want the comfortability of having someone with a truck. I was given a window of 11-4. At 4:30 I called and sat on hold for an hour waiting. They told me they would be there by 5:30. Moving service was not complete, they never checked for additional items in closets. Movers were sloppy with our belongings. One dropped my iron in front of me on sidewalks without checking for damage. We had to call them back again (+$400) to finish and empty apartment. We moved from upstairs to a downstairs apartment in next building and we had everything packed before the move. Was it because we're 80 and 85 years old?
Do NOT hire these guys unless you want to be over charged and have all your stuff ruined. They quoted me $159 an hour don't tell you about all the hidden charges. The only thing they packed was my bedroom furniture changed me over $100 for packing materials and took chunks out of my furniture. They smashed and shattered my kitchen window and then lied about it until I confronted them with picture evidence. do not hire this company! they were terrible! they over charged me. they pretended to get lost and charged me, they stopped at a gas station and charged me, they didn't give a shit about any of my things, they stole from me. from what i can tell money and half my jewelry. their is a police report filed. i will be filing a formal complaint and calling the better business bureau. if anybody wants to file a lawsuit get a hold of me please. this company has to be stopped!
Proceed cautiously or just simply run away fast! Estimates low, but then they pad final bill. They called a couple days out and requested a change to our move date, promising discounts if we were ok with it. Charged more for fuel surcharge than promised as well as padded labor time by 45 minutes. You've been warned.
WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not hire them under any circumstance. This company has no values or morals, they allow their staff to cuss on the job, in front of children, they allow their movers to leave the job without it being complete. I called numerous times to speak to someone in charge and was hung up on, pushed off, or promised a call with no return call that ever came. i disputed the funds of what I paid and was denied.
