This company is horrible. You'd be better off throwing all your belongings away and buying new once you arrive to your new place, rather than attempting to have this company move you.

The move itself was quick but the billing and customer service I have received does not deserve a single star. I was quoted a certain price for the first hour of moving and was told it would be inclusive of fuel charges. After the move, I was charged for misc. charges and materials which were not disclosed at the time of scheduling or moving. I was also charged for fuel. ***SCAM*** Horrible service , my friends booked with them this week they did not achieve their job what so ever , her furniture is sitting outside they were making inappropriate comments , swearing , on their phones as well. Which is not professional at all. Scammed her for 1200 which is not okay what so ever. She never agreed to the total price neither is there any documentation on the set price and they aren't able to confirm that which is unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS MOVING

Before looking for movers go on Angie's list do not contact them. Do not get a quote because they will make it seem like it's cheap fast and they will help you out when in reality. They're just waiting for your card information so they can scam you out of 1000s of dollars do not book do not quote. Do not give them any of your information. Go on Angie's list there's plenty of movers that only charge $50-$100 an hour and they get your stuff done quick.

Saturday 24 2024 this company broke my brand new 86 Tv and will only give me $150 but really they took a deposit of $100 and didn't return so really they are giving me $50 for it no sorry. I moved with it from my old place and unpacked due to the workers leave it wrapped with there blanket on it so I don't see it. I paid $1,000 to get moved plus $200 tip and my tv cost $1,000 and now I'm out of all that. I don't recommend this company to my worst enemies. John Paul was the workers

On May 18th 2024 All my Sons moving company sent three young men to my place to move my furniture and other items from my apartment to a storage unit in Tempe Arizona, they took 2 hours to move when in reality it should have only taken 1 hour or may an hour and a half the movers would take out 1 item at a time and take them 10 to 15 minutes to return it was like no one was moving my stuff one of them should have been in the apartment while the other was loading the truck they would all disappear at the same time it took the... read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! We spoke with their time on the phone originally and they had told us to move a 3 bedroom house it would cost around $175/ hr and would probably be only 3 hours which would be $525. They had also originally told me to hold our stuff overnight it would cost $250. They showed up for our appointment moved all our stuff into the truck then finally told me it would be an additional $250 if they hold to hold it after 12pm but no one mentioned that to me during the estimate?? Pay attention to the 1.3 stars generously given to this company. If you value your possessions, hire someone else. First, they lie to you and say their truck would fit all your goods. I had to leave $750 worth of stuff behind without apology or compensation because they didn't bring a big enough truck and their amateur movers didn't stack the truck properly. Wow what a nightmare! If I could give zero stars I would. First off I want to say the movers were professional and great. It is the staffing people I have an issues with. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE ON A TIME CRUNCH. I typically go with Uhaul movers but I want the comfortability of having someone with a truck. I was given a window of 11-4. At 4:30 I called and sat on hold for an hour waiting. They told me they would be there by 5:30.
