Here is what you need to know, the two gentleman were great movers and very professional, But what I paid to move a 1 bedroom apartmwnt was outta control $801 for 3 hours of work. Seriously they quoted me on the phone $129 per hour plus 30 min there and 30 min back so 4 hours Ifigured roughly $500 on the high side. Then I was given a $801 bill with all kinds of random fuel fees and shit I was not told about. $800 for a 1 bedroom give me a break, felt like I got absolutely taken advantage of.. Never again

All My Sons never paid me for a 2019 claim. Their movers broke a glass cabinet during a move. The movers told us they would tell the office so we could be contacted. We ended up contacting them and filing the claim. All My Sons agreed to pay us only a fraction of cabinet's value. And then, they never paid us. Seven years and we're still waiting. Just a reminder to not use this company. They are terrible.

If I could give a ZERO I would!! They quoted me; however they forgot to mention the hidden fees that come a long with it. The 2 guys Brandon & Decimeon did not move quickly since they get paid by the hour. Decimeion was looking on his phone most of the time and they drove way under the speed limit which took more time to get to my new location. This company was absolutely terrible. The price they quoted me versus the final price they charged me was almost 5 times more expensive. They broke a few items during the move that we discussed and they assured me I would be reimbursed and I have yet to hear back or hear from anyone at the company. They also never showed up to properly quote me for the move and instead asked me to FaceTime and show them yet when they went way over on time due to not actually coming to look at the job they threatened to not unload any of my s... read more

They are lazy. They don't want to work. Came to my house to do a move. And said it would take too long. So they wanted to "help" me move three days later. Not a good option. And blamed it all on me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I don't write reviews like ever! But people need to be made aware of this company!! The hidden fees is crazy minimum move will cost $1000 easily!!! They broke a huge entry way gold floor length mirror into so many pieces they couldn't even open up the wrapping for pictures! They also rolled my dinning room solid wood table off and on the truck and cracked it in two places at least 5 inches long very noticeable!! Then are trying to get me to do a settlement for $114. This moving company used deceptive practices on my fiancé, after I recommended them to her. I was there for the entire move. She is in accounting and had budgeting for the quote they gave. Originally quoted $300, the final bill was over $600 after the move was complete. The movers themselves were polite, but the company added extra charges beyond the original agreement, tacking up the extra fees as travel and gas. They will break almost everything. They will waste time and charge you for it. They have 1000 people calling you to give the same information or verify information already established. They will wrap you furniture without asking and charge you it. Unprofessional. Time wasting. Money draining. My beautiful dresser and book case are murked. And I had to instruct them on how to move the furniture into the apartment. A quote of 432 became a charge of 600. You're better off getting help from craigslist. For my first time using movers, I was moving my one bedroom apartment with the minimal amount of belongings I was quoted my entire move plus storage plus moving it into my new place a week later totaling out to $500 with NO HIDDEN FEES.The person on the phone kept saying no hidden fees and instead of marking that as a red flag at the time, it kept me moving forward with my decision to use AMS.
