This moving company used deceptive practices on my fiancé, after I recommended them to her. I was there for the entire move. She is in accounting and had budgeting for the quote they gave. Originally quoted $300, the final bill was over $600 after the move was complete. The movers themselves were polite, but the company added extra charges beyond the original agreement, tacking up the extra fees as travel and gas. They will break almost everything. They will waste time and charge you for it. They have 1000 people calling you to give the same information or verify information already established. They will wrap you furniture without asking and charge you it. Unprofessional. Time wasting. Money draining. My beautiful dresser and book case are murked. For my first time using movers, I was moving my one bedroom apartment with the minimal amount of belongings I was quoted my entire move plus storage plus moving it into my new place a week later totaling out to $500 with NO HIDDEN FEES.The person on the phone kept saying no hidden fees and instead of marking that as a red flag at the time, it kept me moving forward with my decision to use AMS. This company is horrible. You'd be better off throwing all your belongings away and buying new once you arrive to your new place, rather than attempting to have this company move you.

The move itself was quick but the billing and customer service I have received does not deserve a single star. I was quoted a certain price for the first hour of moving and was told it would be inclusive of fuel charges. After the move, I was charged for misc. charges and materials which were not disclosed at the time of scheduling or moving. I was also charged for fuel. ***SCAM*** Horrible service , my friends booked with them this week they did not achieve their job what so ever , her furniture is sitting outside they were making inappropriate comments , swearing , on their phones as well. Which is not professional at all. Scammed her for 1200 which is not okay what so ever. She never agreed to the total price neither is there any documentation on the set price and they aren't able to confirm that which is unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS MOVING

Before looking for movers go on Angie's list do not contact them. Do not get a quote because they will make it seem like it's cheap fast and they will help you out when in reality. They're just waiting for your card information so they can scam you out of 1000s of dollars do not book do not quote. Do not give them any of your information. Go on Angie's list there's plenty of movers that only charge $50-$100 an hour and they get your stuff done quick.

Saturday 24 2024 this company broke my brand new 86 Tv and will only give me $150 but really they took a deposit of $100 and didn't return so really they are giving me $50 for it no sorry. I moved with it from my old place and unpacked due to the workers leave it wrapped with there blanket on it so I don't see it. I paid $1,000 to get moved plus $200 tip and my tv cost $1,000 and now I'm out of all that. I don't recommend this company to my worst enemies. John Paul was the workers
