When I called for service on Friday 1-16-2026, I specifically mentioned needing the flame sensor inspected as Goodman furnaces are notorious for causing them to fail early (per our usual HVAC person of 11 years), Unfortunately, he was not available to come out on Friday, so All Weather Heating & Cooling was contacted. When the Tech got to my house, the first thing I mentioned was the flame sensor. The symptoms were in line with a dirty/faulty flame sensor. Never gave us a receipt for the work
A/C repair needed- the guy took apart our outdoor unit (even removed a bush in the process ) but didn’t suggest it needed to be cleaned after years of cottonwood tree debris, leaves, and dirt blocking rows of the condenser. The time to clean it would have been when the unit was completely taken apart and the cover was off. Charged me over $800 for the service and marked up parts. I called them to ask why cleaning of the outdoor unit wasn’t even suggested or done as part of the “service”. Was told someone would get back to me... read more
