Service left a little to be desired. Had to actually find a waiter after being seated. When we finally did get one he was very good.
Had the couples special, $69 all in for two. Great deal, very good food and friendly service.
lol the lemon ambience could have been a little more fuller in the inside. A little to tight with the seating if your paying $$$$ I need space to move around. We had a great experience at Allegro. The food from appetizer to entree was excellent. Our waiter, Diego, made a wonderful recommendation on an Italian red wine which added to the night.
Our reservation was not showing upon arrival, we were promptly seated regardless. There weren’t many non-alcoholic options, but the 2 that we ordered were delicious. Our server seemed very frazzled and he disappeared for long periods to go and smoke. The entrees took a look time to come out, but were very tasty. I ordered the cheese wheel pasta for two and shared it with my date. The food was delicious, the service was superb and the ambiance was very romantic. I would definitely recommend the this place.
Food was delicious. One of the wait staff removed our bread from table, with appetizers... we had to request another bread basket with our pasta course. Our Server was excellent... (until our dinner was completed... and waited > 20" to ask for bill, and another 15" to receive bill). Our waiter was kind of rude , short and acted annoyed by us from the moment he saw us . His demeanor was very different from other waiters. We felt like he thought we were not good tippers, or because we were black . Anyway very poor service, but good food .
