This was our first visit to Allegro and we will definitely return! We stopped in and were in time for a couple of the Happy Hour items, which saved us a few dollars, but, everything was excellent!
Food was good but not anything special.
Really wish they had chicken parm. Drinks were priced moderately and service was excellent!
We sat for about 15 minutes before the waiter came over, who was visibly frustrated when the hostess told him he had another table. By the time he came over, we were ready to order drinks, apps, and entrees. We had every intention of ordering more drinks but it seems the server wasn’t very attentive or maybe they were just short staffed, I always try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I was celebrating a very special occasion (engagement 💍) and unfortunately it just wasn’t a great experience for me.
It was ok. Pricey for what it is.
Nice street side ambience with decent menu variety. Inspired dishes, though some inconsistency with the timing and temperature of the dishes.
Dinner was good, service was okay. Soup was $20, too expensive. Cocktail was mostly ice. The salmon was excellent.
Fun waitstaff, great food, no pressure to leave.
Was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. I had seen a lot of hype and social media and such. We decided to try it for my birthday! Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. Our food took about an hour and twenty minutes to get to us after we placed our order. The food was alright. The gnocchi tasted like Mac and cheese and my boyfriends steak was not worth 50$. Italian food is my favorite so I may be picky but this wasn’t worth the hype/money.
