Since then, we have relocated to Rolling Meadows and currently operate as a professional Chicago moving company with a fleet of moving trucks capable of handling a move of any size. Worst experience moving ever. On Sept 8 2021 we contacted Alliance Moving and Storage and received a "Binding Moving Estimate" for the total of $9000. We did the virtual load list and packing manifest with the representative on the phone. Original Moving date was scheduled for Oct 4 2021. 4 weeks before our date, we contacted Alliance and asked if we could move to a new date of Sept 30th, since our closing date got moved to Oct 1 instead. Customer BEWARE - ************ is a FRAUD!!! They will take your deposit for a move, and then coming moving day you will be paying more $$$ than quoted. My situation was even worse.....a box truck showed up when I clearly communicated that I needed a full semim trailer, two hispanic workers, and 3 card board boxes....and yes it sounds like a bad beer commercial...I would advise anyone wanting a good moving experience to stay FAR AWAY from this company.They are not worthy of even a 1 star....crooks

They deserve no stars. Driver was angry and rude upon arrival. Charged twice the estimate. Treated me as though I had lied about my furniture. Complained the whole time he put my things on the truck. Didnt secure my furniture, we heard things falling as they drove away. I found a table they left on my porch that was supposed to be on the truck. I had to take it back inside my house. These people are complete frauds. They never returned my numerous phone calls. They never showed up the day of the move that they scheduled, and never even bothered to call. I finally called them and they said that everything had been pushed back a few days. BS! Because they had told me that they had a truck that would be there. Other than excellent sales people this company is a fraud!!!They are great and promising great service while they are trying to sell, but everything goes downhill once they get you. The price ended up being 50% higher than original estimate. The stuff arrived late, damaged and/or missing. We pretty much paid them to lose our things or damage them. Scam artists. Took a $2100 deposit and when it came to be moving day, they "lost our reservation," they "accidentally" underbid us, they will be there "tomorrow" and then on the weekend and then they just don't show up and don't call back.Support local or get a Penske!
I originally wrote a 1 star rating due to my experience with one individual. ***** called me back and resolved the matter and the move is back on.
This company is terrible. They make you sign contracts and tell you when your things will be delivered and then they just never show. They had us sign a contract for June 5. They supposedly came early while we were at work never notified us and my partner turned around and came home from work, left his job and called them and they said they were coming back to the house.They never came.
