This company is terrible. They make you sign contracts and tell you when your things will be delivered and then they just never show. They had us sign a contract for June 5. They supposedly came early while we were at work never notified us and my partner turned around and came home from work, left his job and called them and they said they were coming back to the house.They never came. Had to get the police involved because this awful delivery service has still not returned my items to me, over a month after picking up. I have called dozens of times and have gotten sent to voice mail every single time except for once. ******* named ***** ****** is supposed to waive the delivery fee but has not given us a call back, the coward will not return emails or calls and claims to be too busy and out of the office every time we call. Lies lies lies. No response from countless texts and phone calls even when the movers finally arrived. Movers showed up and informed me it was $4,000 more than the estimate, even though there was a vertical walk through done with me with detailed pictures. I paid for premium packing package and had to pay extra for packing labor and supplies. Please go elsewhere!

***** ***** was the agent that took our money and promised that they would move us with no issues. I wish that was true - no one showed up on the promised move date, we called several times without an answer and after multiple text messages he finally replied to say a crew member had ***** so that's why they were a no-show. He said he would give us an update, we are yet to hear from him we asked for a refund from their payments team and it was denied. More than a month in advance we made reservations with Alliance to move from ******* ******* to ********* **********. the move was scheduled for May 27. We paid 1/2 of the expenses in advance. On the afternoon of the move we got a call that they were canceling the move, and no offer of an explanation, apology, alternate date, or any kind of contingency plan was offered. Absolutely unbelievable. These people should NOT be in business!

Called and spoke to a guy here and told him I am price shopping and needed to do my due diligence before booking and he went onto mocking me and saying "Awww, that so cute", I asked him "excuse me, what do you mean" and he went onto making fun of me and schooling me on the industry. These guys are a joke. No wonder BBB rated them 1 star! DO NOT BOOK THESE A*******. I would love for that guy that said that to me to respond. Alliance Moving & Storage are brokers, liars and cheats. They gave us an original fee of $1,800.00 yet charged $1,890.00 on my credit card. Total moving fee was to be $4,500.00 to $4,600.00. When a moving company showed up (10 hours late) in two ****** trucks, they stated the move would be $10,000.00 with $6,000.00 up front. We had to catch our flights so I paid the $6,000.00. This company stole $3360 from me. They are experts on the phone but they are scammers. The police have opened a file on them and are now on the move. Please do not sign any contract with them. Some people get their things packed up and they hold their things hostage until they pay more. This company has ripped off hundreds of families. Do not fall for their scam. They are very good at it.
