Horrible, dishonest company. They refuse to refund your deposit and hike up the price of their “ binding” quote on moving day. Once you have your stuff loaded and it’s time for a payment, your belongings suddenly become larger and heavier and you are charged extra to the tune of $800- thousands more. You call customer service and ask to speak to your moving rep. They are terrible. It went great on the phone for the set up and all the front end talks, but now they have not showed up to pick up my belongings. It was guaranteed for Monday and it is now Wednesday and they are saying it could be two more days! Our closing was supposed to be today. Customer service is great when signing you up , the terrible when at this point. I can’t get anyone to call bacK!

Unfortunately, their is another company (Brokers) based in Florida that have copied our name and have been utilizing our reviews to solicit customers. Our terminal is based in the Chicagoland area, while we do service long distance moves they must originate out of the Chicagoland area as we utilize our own trucks and crews to complete moves.
