The initial meeting was scheduled and David came out to put together a proposal. David was great to work with and mentioned a 5 - 6 week lead time to get the work going. In reality, it took 10 weeks to get the job started. The second phase was supposed to start a few weeks after the completion of the first. It took another 8 weeks. The final product looked vaguely similar to the pictures, but not like what was expected

We signed on with Allied based on what the salesman recommended. Unfortunately, we didn't get it in writing, so we didn't get what we thought we were getting. It's was recommended that we get mastic instead of wood as wood rots over time, but they wanted another $950 to do the mastic once they started the work. Since we were already paying $9600 for the driveway we opted out. The driveway looks good overall, but there are trips hazards due to the wood being higher than the concrete. Our experience was absolutely amazing! Our Account Manager Jonas listened to what we wanted & he created our “plan”! We completely renovated our saltwater pool and transitioned over to an Ozone system, resurfaced the pool with a beautiful Pebbleteck and the replaced the old sandstone coping with new Flagstone. Despite 4 phone calls and emails, the company didn't bother to return any form of contact. I'm guessing they don't care for my business. So no, they didn't get it and I won't bother them again. Poor customer service.

They provided the concrete work and Carvestone treatment. They agreed to come back and re-do several areas that were cracked and not done to our satisfaction This occurred in the summer of 2016. This year, 2017 (within the first year warranty) we alerted them that we had developed a significant number of cracks. Due to these variations we do not offer price matching but our consultants are willing to discuss alternative options in an effort to earn your business. While I'm sorry to hear we weren't able to build your kitchen, we will be happy to discuss any future projects.
Suggested that driveway be replaced. Gave no guarantees. Quoted high price - well, might be correct for replacement. But other company was able to fix it for a fraction of the price. Also, has a pushy salesman type attitude - "Sign it right now. I can give you a 10% discount. Will not be available if you say yes tomorrow....."

Please understand every project is different, and although we make every effort to present all viable solutions, variables can exist that make it difficult to always have an exact scope comparison. We're extremely confident in our assessment that the option presented would've satisfied the concerns presented. We are also confident the quote given was accurate.
When new and after resealing, the product looks great, but it has not held up well on our patio and I would not recommend using their product on an outside surface. I've had to pay for fixing all of the cracks in their product since they do not warranty their product for any cracks, even if the cracks are due to their product and not any underlying concrete issues and of course I had to pay them for resealing. It requires resealing ever two years to maintain the warranty, but our coating starts looking bad in less than one y... read more
