They splashed concrete all over the house and tried to clean up, scratching 2 doors with windows on them. I had to have almost half the house repainted and the windows replaced. It took months of badgering their team to finally get everything settled. To top it off, the sales guy (Ben) took the 2 pots that they splashed concrete on, mentioning that if they were going to pay for the damage to them that I shouldn't need them anymore. Work went well while being done. Good communication and liked finish product. Unfortunately, after one year color faded. Employees said color not covered by warranty. BUT, after only one year the color faded, really??? It is guaranteed for 7 years but can't imagine what it will look like after 7 years if color continues to fade. I knew It would need resealing after two years but not after one. Their solution was to have me pay for resealing and they would do repaint. It didn't. Had to wait approximately 1 month for an estimate. Then when they did show up, it was raining so they didn't take measurements for the bid. They said they would come back on the weekend, but no show. The rep called at 5-ish on Sunday and said they couldn't find my number. Then they said they would show up during the week to measure, again no show. I called the office and they said they would have the rep call me and complete the bid. Again, no call.

Called Ft. Worth office looking for ~250 sq ft. new concrete pour for porch. <br /> <strong>Minimum </strong>charge for new concrete is $4000... <br /> other Angie's list providers less than 1/2 that are available with A ratings too! <br /> To Angie's list, I did not want to rate the overall experience, but am forced to rate it an F due to price ONLY <br />

<p>I amfinishing my review.Drew did his best to clean up most the mess that was left over after the firstegregiously sad attempt at a cement patio. Now, after the trauma is over (did I mention it took 6 months?) and I am using the patio; we are enjoying it. I would say it is pretty darn nice. In our experience, we received poor quality product that cracked weeks after it was laid. That company is very unprofessional. The company took us to arbitration to collect their money, because we didn't consider the job done or complete, as there were patches that had been fixed with cracks still in place. We still have many cracks and chips in the product. We've experienced poor customer service, dishonesty, and poor quality. Currently, we have to spend atleast another $20,000 to fix this. We contacted them to get an estimate on installing decking over our current pool deck as well as adding a sidewalk and possible small slab. They called us back promptly on 8/29 to schedule the appointment for 9/2 at 7:30 p.m. When they spoke with my husband, they told him to make sure we were both present for the estimate and to see their products. <br /> That was the last we heard from them. They never contacted us! <br /> <br />Subsequently, they explained their website has had some problems. Although their website confirmed our request for an estimate, it's an automatic response. They said they never received a request from us. Maybe the website is not the best way to contact them. <br /> <br />

After the finish of the project, my husband and I took off work to meet with Josh, the owner. We explained to him our disappointment with the crew that was assigned to us. The garbage left on our property, the unprofessionalism of the crew...etc. He listened, but did not offer anything other than to send the same crew to our home, which was unacceptable.
