I dont like these things, everything was great
We have been using the square trade warranty, now called the Allstate Square Trade warranty for many many years. The repair process has been changing especially since COVID-19. All in all it's still working out in the long run. A little more homework on our end it seems and getting things done.
the agent was very professional and all i had to do is provide him with video showing problem i was encountering.i am very happy with allstate and wil be insuring all my purchases thru them.thanks allstate.
Very easy transaction. My non repairable 85 inch TV was replaced with a new one delivered from Best Buy. Best $99 insurance I’ve ever purchased.
Thank goodness we had the Allstate Protection Plan. I was so surprised that a 2 year old QLED 65” TV would fail so soon. Allstate came through and replaced the TV with an equivalent brand new current 65” TV. Thank You, Allstate !!!
Working with Allstate Protection Plan was a bit of a challenge for me, but after I worked through their system I was able to get reimbursement for my glasses, that had scratches on both lenses. It was very much worth while to get the Allstate Protection coverage. I would definitely buy the Protection Plan again.
The technician that completed the repair was very professional. He cared for our property and was very knowledgable about the product he was working on.
Setting up the appointment was a bit tricky at first but went smoothly once connected to a service rep, and that didn't take much to get to a person. Our repair rep was professional, clean, quick and highly educational. Even though it took two visits, he kept us up to date on what was needed and why, and what he had done to finally fix our problem fridge, ice maker. It's been working like a trooper ever since!
