"It's always a hesitation point when you are asked if you are interested in an extended warranty. Even though you hope you that you will not need it. It was great to have my square trade warranty. The process was very simple just make sure that you register it and upload your receipts as soon as you can so that your process will be smoother if you need it. after a few questions and some troubleshooting over the phone they will either repair the item or replace it. Great and easy service."

"This was a SUPER easy experience! My screen on my IPAD cracked. I called and they verified my account. They emailed me a shipping label and I bubble wrapped it and put it in a box. I went to the fedx store with the box and label and they took it from there. I was informed by email the status on my IPAD almost every other day. I loved the update!!
