"We contacted SquareTrade online when we had a problem with our Smart TV,they called us within 5 minutes. The tech worked with us to see if we could solve the problem and when we could not she arranged for a tech to come to the house within 2 days. The tech knew right away what the problem was and it was determined the TV could not be fixed. SquareTrade arranged for a new TV to be delivered that was similar to the one we had within 2 days. We could not have asked for better service!"
