"Have a problem with the picture and had me to try to fix the problem on the phone numerous times which didn't work. Then then sent me 3 parts to repair the TV but could not find a service tech in my area to install the parts. A new replacement TV was sent to my home but when I unpacked it the screen was severely shattered in 2 places. I contacted SquareTrade and was ask to take some pictures of it and send to them. They sent an e-mail informing me that they have received the pictures and I am now waiting to hear what action... read more
