"I purchased a Kindle last year as a birthday present for myself. On June 26, my tablet screen stopped working. I wasn't able to get a picture. I contacted Squaretrade because I had purchased an extended warranty thru them and informed them of the problems I was having with my Kindle. My claim was handled very efficiently and the customer service rep was extremely friendly. "I have been a SquareTrade fan for several years now, but this time, they went above and beyond. I dropped my phone and broke the LED. They referred me to a local place that fixed it within an hour. It was under the minimum needed, so it did not cost me any deductible. Two days later, I dropped my phone AGAIN and cracked the screen. "I have to say I am very impressed by the final handling of my claim. I was ticked off to say the least no one told me that they no longer carried the 64GB iPhone 5S. I tweeted my dislike with the wait time and having to hear back from someone else that it's not offered as a replacement since it's discontinued by Apple. I received my deductible back and the funds to purchase a 64GB iPhone 6. I am very happy with the outcome and that's preventing me from canceling all of my other policies with ST."
