"Our tablet would not hold a charge. I lodged a claim under our warranty via Internet and was promptly contacted by Square Trade in the UK where we live. The Tablet was collected for repair three days later and returned to us in full working order (battery and a circuit board replaced) just over a week after the initial claim was lodged. the process was smooth and with very good contact made to keep us in touch with progress. I am very happy to have my tablet back and Square Trade do what they say on the tin!"

So, I assume that they just need confirmation that you have shipped the item back through their fedex tracking. Whenever I need a warranty, I will definitely use them again. "SquareTrade is fantastic! My daughter got her phone wet at the beach. Emailed SquareTrade and got an immediate response giving us an authorization to take her phone to the Apple store for replacement. Emailed them the Apple receipt and got immediate reimbursement for the replacement phone. It couldn't have been easier.
