The only thing that was kinda a bummer was I sent it in and was under the assumption they would get it the following day, but it took two days for them to get. I still got my phone back in 4 days. Another plus, which I nearly cried over, was EVERYTHING was on my phone. I was unable to back up my data because the screen did not work at all. My apps, contacts, pictures, it was all still there. That alone made me happy! "
"Had to call them four times. The first three times, we got reps that spoke very poor english. Their accent was so strong it was difficult to understand them. During each of these calls we were asked to preform various tasks to try to reset it. The phone had been dropped, but they seemed to ignore that. Finally we called consumer cellular and they suggested we call Squaretrade back and ask to speak to a supervisor. When we did, a new phone was sent to us right away. We are not happy with their CS staff."
