"My copier's nozzles got clogged. They could be cleared via the "cleaning process". I called SquareTrade. They gave me options to try to bring the machine somewhere to be fixed or to send the machine to them and get the warranty value. There were no repair facilities close to me so I opted to send the machine to them. They received the copier and processed the claim. This was done quickly and without any drawn out process.
