"I broke the screen on my phone and contacted SquareTrade that day. I received approval by email in a very short time with a shipping label to printout. Phone was on its way the next morning. I received a contact email two days later saying the product had arrived and was being repaired. Two days later they sent me an email notifying me that the repair was complete and my phone was on its way back to me. Two days later I had it in my hands. Quality repair job, great communication and fast shipment. Can't beat it. "
