If there are any disputes over the claim they are very quick to resolve them. I have never had a claim they didn't honor and return is easy and repayment is quick. "I bought the Square Trade warranty for my TV because of there excellent reputation and to ensure some piece of mind for such a large purchase. My TV after a 1.5 went out. The claim process was really simple and the call back service worked. Just a few photos and the process was done. They offered me a replacement but I wanted a refund. "We LOVE Square Trade. We tell everyone, even strangers in stores, about Square Trade. We have actually had two claims with them and had absolutely NO problems. We had a TV with a volume issue that they would not get parts for. They told us do what ever we want with it and sent us a check for the FULL purchase price.
