"This has to be the best extended warranty company that I have ever dealt with. New years eve my TV went out exactly 2 years from date of purchase. Next morning I filed the claim online. The following Monday morning I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone with an agent. I was informed that I would be receiving a newer and bigger model as a replacement within a week.
